At ODYSSEY we will be taken on a tour of the three main wine producing regions: The Islands, The Peloponnese and Northern Greece by host George Spiliadis, son of noted Milos restaurateur Costas Spiliadis. We will explore the characteristic terroirs of each region as 6,000 years of winemaking history unfold before us.

Guests will have the opportunity to taste indigenous, international and rare varieties from the Cava Spiliadis portfolio as well as rare vintages uncorked exclusively for ODYSSEY at the Milos Restaurant in New York.

All proceeds from Wine on Wheels events benefit Wheeling Forward, a nonprofit co-founded by sommelier Yannick Benjamin, that is driving change in the disability community of New York.

Featured producers include Vassilis Tsaktsarlis of Ktima Biblia Chora, Yiannis Tselepos of Canava Chrissou, Vangelis Gerovassiliou of Ktima Gerovassiliou, Evripidis Katsaros of Domaine Katsaros, Dimitra & Erifyli Parparoussi of Ktima Parparoussis, Maria Tamiolaki of Rhous Winery – the ambassador of Cretan indigenous grapes, Christos Kanellakopoulos of Venetsanos Winery and a collection of 50+ sustainable and organic wines!
